Camp STEAM features 4 engaging themes with unique programming, each running twice over the course of the summer. Campers will enjoy fun programming and work on interesting projects featuring aspects of all STEAM areas each week, all wrapped in that week's theme! Read more about our themes and projects.

5-day camp weeks: $236 per child
4-day camp week (August 4-7): $189 per child
Note: Camp STEAM is offered for 7 weeks this summer in Grande Prairie. There will not be camp for the week of July 13-17.
Rover Driving Academy: Explore the Moon with Camp STEAM!
During select weeks, Camp STEAM campers will have the extraordinary opportunity to participate in an additional exciting activity, with the Rover Driving Academy; a hands-on lunar exploration experience developed in partnership with the Canadian Space Agency, Mission Control, and the Pinnguaq Association. Before and After Care
Camp hours are from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. For your convenience, we offer before camp care from 7:30am-9:00am for $40 for the week ($32 for 4 day weeks), and after camp care from 4:00pm - 5:30pm for $40 for the week ($32 for 4 day weeks). Add these to your cart at check-out!
Camp Gear
Show your Camp STEAM spirit with our awesome camp merch! Add a Camp STEAM t-shirt to your cart for $12 when you register your campers; available in childrens' sizes S, M and L. Items will be delivered to your camper in their first week of camp.
Financial Support
STEM Camp (our sister camp) Foundation, has a "Send a Kid to Camp" program, that offers fully subsidized camp spots at some Camp STEAM locations - including this one - for qualifying families. Learn more and apply, and you could have 100% of your camp week paid for!
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, this location does have air conditioning.
How many counsellors are there, and what are their backgrounds?
Typically, our counsellor to camper ratio is 1:7. In other words, there is 1 counsellor for every 7 campers.
The majority of our counsellors are university and college students (some secondary school students are hired each year, as well). We also employ teachers who want to create an impact in the summer months, as well as graduates of teachers colleges across Ontario. A recent Vulnerable Sector Police Check is a mandatory requirement for all counsellors. There will be at least one counsellor present at each camp location with their First Aid certification at all times.
